Simchat Torah, which translates to "Rejoicing of the Law" is a holiday that immediately follows the holidays of Sukkot and Shemini Atzeret. It concludes and begins anew the annual reading cycle of the Torah (Five Books of Moses), which is the Jewish Bible.
